Team USA Dressage
Laura Graves is the current #5 ranked dressage rider in the world. Laura is currently the United States Equestrian Team anchor for dressage, delivering consistent high scores in competition representing her country in competition with Verdades.
First partnering with Verdades after purchasing him as a 6-month-old weanling, Laura and “Diddy” burst on to the international stage with a second place finish at the American Dressage Championships in 2014. It took over a decade of hard work and trust to get them there, as Verdades proved to be a challenging young horse.
As part of the US Dressage Team at the 2016 Rio Olympics, Laura earned Team Bronze. She is the first American to ever be ranked world number 1 in the sport of dressage having claimed the position after dual silver medals at the World Equestrian Games in 2018. In 2019, Verdades and Laura will head to Gothenburg, Sweden for the World Cup of Dressage after a successful winter festival in Wellington, Florida.
